Operations Manager - Financial Products

3-5 years of program management and/or operations experience in the financial services industry Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure Ability to assess problems and action on timely solutions Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of company management and 3rd party vendors

Day-to-day management of fintech programs Build and maintain working relationships with sponsor banks and 3rd party vendors Perform daily/monthly monitoring of all programs Generate and review program reports Oversee marketing collateral review process Daily monitoring of money movement Troubleshoot issues with internal teams and external partners Oversee new product feature implementation launches Collaborate with payments, product, operations, customer service, analytics, and engineering teams Work with Compliance Officer and legal team on policies and procedures Partner with fraud team to mitigate risk and losses
