Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably supporting technical organizations Experience with equity compensation structures at a publicly traded company Excellent project management skills and experience with compensation program design, delivery, and change management Strong compensation analytics background (modeling, dashboards) and advanced proficiency with spreadsheets Strong experience with Human Resources Information System (preferably Workday) Experience with market pricing, survey participation and accessing survey data from provider Extensive knowledge of HR products and services and awareness of HR strategy Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Owner mindset, innovative thinking, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Laser-focus on quality of deliverable and solution for the customer Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with ambiguity
Responsibilities:
Facilitate corporate compensation programs like annual review cycles, promotion cycles, pay equity review, and market calibration. Design and deliver scalable compensation structures and methodologies. Create and deliver training on compensation fundamentals. Develop dynamic compensation models and dashboards, articulating insights and recommending solutions. Partner with stakeholders to address business needs and provide solutions. Manage stakeholder relationships with emotional intelligence, curiosity, and integrity. Develop policies and processes for innovation, growth, compliance, and risk mitigation. Memorialize key decisions, methodologies, processes, and policies. Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and senior business leaders.
