Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field. Minimum of six (6) years prior experience in construction, managing projects $5M + (industrial industry). Proven track-record of success in leading people. Strong focus on safe work performance (OSHA, MSHA). Strong ability to work well with others. Ability to interact throughout organization within Standard Work Process Map. Ability to multi-task and to work independently and with minimal direction. Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and in-person. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project. Ability to represent GBI in a professional manner. Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Ability to travel as needed.
