Enforce safe work performance on assigned projects. Manage daily interaction and planning with customers, field superintendents, field crews, and GBI departments. Serve as primary contact with customers. Provide regular reporting of project progress and variances. Coordinate with sub-contractors regarding project details and compliance. Maintain project schedules and expenditures within budget. Optimize project cash flow. Manage change order process and claims management. Facilitate harmonious project execution and resolve issues. Gather data for bids/estimates. Verify accuracy of reports, closeout books, purchase orders, and invoices. Allocate resources (people, equipment, materials) for timely and cost-effective project completion. Responsible for project close-out, ensuring accurate completion of work, documents, submittals, and final payment.
