Senior Project Manager

Strong experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale CMS products. Practical knowledge of WordPress is ideal. Fluent in both delivery and commercial strategy. Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and make informed decisions. Experience leading cross-functional teams with clarity and confidence. Agile certification preferred.

Lead ongoing CMS product development including plugins, extensions, integrations, and application features. Act as the primary client partner ensuring clear communication, aligned priorities, and smooth decision-making. Oversee delivery operations and financial performance, including project planning, resourcing, budget tracking, forecasting, and risk mitigation. Ensure high-quality delivery by partnering with technical leadership and enforcing rigorous QA practices. Drive team effectiveness by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and fostering collaboration.
