- Provide administrative support to estimators, preconstruction managers, and department leadership.
- Collect and maintain preconstruction documentation such as bid invitations, vendor/subcontractor quotes, and estimate reports.
- Assist with bid and proposal preparation including exhibits, narratives, and schedules.
- Maintain a Preconstruction Calendar for bid due dates, addenda, and submission requirements.
- Use Building Connected software to coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Input and maintain data in Salesforce for estimating and project management systems.
- Maintain preconstruction filing systems per company standards.
- Support handoff from preconstruction to operations with project start-up documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas and notes.
- Track preconstruction metrics like bid volume and win/loss data.
