Product Manager, Stream Data Plane

5+ years as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in enterprise data or infrastructure software Proven experience with data streaming, observability, or distributed data systems (Kafka, Flink, Logstash, Splunk, Cribl, etc.) Strong understanding of modern deployment architectures — cloud-native, hybrid, and containerized (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) Experience with enterprise IT and security products Ability to translate technical performance and scalability concepts into product strategy Hands-on curiosity Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Drive the Stream Data Plane roadmap Understand deployment models across cloud, hybrid, and customer-managed environments Collaborate with engineering to define technical priorities Partner with UX and documentation for intuitive experiences Engage with enterprise customers to understand needs Analyze usage and performance data Evangelize internally and externally
