Requirements:
Experience managing and developing high performing teams Demonstrated ability to design scalable, interoperable energy platform solutions for electric utility clients Bachelor’s degree and 8-12 years in solutions/sales engineering, software engineering or equivalent technical experience Strong communication, project management skills, and ability to influence leaders and stakeholders Familiarity with systems integrations (e.g. customer information systems / utility software platforms, API integrations) Experience in the energy industry Ability to travel for client meetings, demos, and industry events
