8+ years of professional engineering experience 3+ years in an engineering management or technical program management role Track record of building and scaling complex software systems Strong operational instincts, process-oriented, data-driven Experience influencing product architecture and engineering strategy Comfort navigating ambiguity and working autonomously Strong communication and leadership skills Prior experience in pre-sales engineering roles is highly valued Project management experience is a strong plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
