Experience delivering payments, card issuing, or expense management platforms in fintech or regulated B2B SaaS environments Hands-on experience working with issuing banks, BIN sponsors, processors, or card networks Strong understanding of payments lifecycles including authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, and reconciliation Proven ability to lead requirements definition, UAT preparation, and partner delivery in multi-stakeholder environments Experience supporting corporate client onboarding, offboarding, and platform migrations Comfortable navigating regulatory, compliance, and network-driven constraints Strong execution discipline, ownership mindset, and partner-facing communication skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
