Requirements:
Strategic oversight of global recruitment function Experience with high-volume recruiting Experience with executive hiring Experience with global contractor sourcing Experience with specialty hiring pipelines Experience building and optimizing scalable recruiting processes Experience strengthening TA systems and data reporting Experience implementing hiring best practices Experience leading a large team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, and recruiting operations staff Ability to support HIKINEX’s rapid growth Ability to hire top-tier talent aligned with client needs and internal competencies Experience with ATS, CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn, job boards, and global sourcing platforms Experience with data accuracy, normalization, and usability across recruiting systems Experience building automation and analytics dashboards Experience with continuous improvement framework Experience with hiring quality standards, competency frameworks, and scorecards Experience with recruiting performance KPIs (Time-to-hire, Quality of hire, etc.) Experience using data insights to influence recruiting strategy Experience developing succession plans, career paths, and incentive structures Experience with PH labor code and global contractor regulations Experience with background checks, documentation, compliance steps, and client-required onboarding protocols Experience mitigating hiring risks
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategy Lead the full TA organization Partner with executives to anticipate hiring needs Build strong recruitment pipelines across multiple regions Establish standardized, scalable recruiting processes Oversee candidate workflow management Build automation and analytics dashboards for hiring metrics Develop and enforce hiring quality standards Own recruiting performance KPIs Lead, coach, and develop global TA teams Implement structured training programs for TA staff Work closely with Client Success and Service Delivery Strengthen HIKINEX’s employer brand Optimize candidate experience Ensure recruitment processes comply with regulations Standardize background checks and compliance steps
