Experience leading and scaling product design teams of 8-15+. Domain expertise in crypto or trading. Real experience in wealth, investment, or fintech products. Strong point of view on design and its impact on product strategy. Hands-on design skills (Figma proficiency expected). Strong product intuition and ability to partner with PMs as a peer. Operational rigor to install effective systems. Outstanding communication skills. High judgment regarding scope and tradeoffs. Belief in Kraken's mission.

Shape long-term UX strategy for Consumer business. Elevate UX quality by engaging directly in design flows and interaction patterns. Partner with product managers to shape problem definitions and refine hypotheses. Build scalable design processes for discovery, iteration, critique, and delivery. Drive faster experimentation through prototyping and testing. Hire, coach, and grow designers while embedding a culture of accountable execution. Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design intent is maintained. Create experiences that work for both newcomers and sophisticated investors.
