Project Manager / Scrum Master

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience leading IT projects in a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid role. Proven success delivering projects using Agile, Lean, Waterfall, and Iterative methods. Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Monday.com, JIRA, and Microsoft 365. Ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans and timelines. Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and time management skills. PMP, CSM, or related certifications preferred. Experience with visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel) is preferred. Working knowledge of change management practices and cost-conscious project execution is preferred.

Lead IT initiatives from kickoff to completion using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches. Serve as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and clearing obstacles. Create and manage detailed project plans. Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to drive project execution. Identify risks early, manage scope changes, and communicate effectively. Champion collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
