Senior Project Manager - Western Region US

8–12 years of business-related experience 5+ years in technology project or program management Proven success delivering large, complex enterprise projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies Deep understanding of project economics Experience managing ServiceNow or SaaS implementations Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field PMP certification

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects and programs Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams Define and manage scope, milestones, and deliverables Facilitate agile ceremonies and client meetings Monitor budgets and forecasts Identify and mitigate risks Coach and mentor project teams Contribute to delivery excellence Collaborate with clients to ensure value realization
