Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on incentive compensation management or sales operations. Proven experience with ICM software, with a strong preference for CaptivateIQ. Experience in developing and maintaining data integrations from CRM and ERP (e.g. Salesforce, Workday). Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) In-depth knowledge of sales compensation concepts, including quotas, commissions, bonuses, and territory management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and business requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across time zones. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. Project management experience is a plus.
