Product Manager, Integrations

8+ years of experience in Product Management for SaaS or cloud platforms. At least 4+ years focused on integrations, APIs, or data platforms. Proven success in defining and launching API-first products, integration frameworks, or marketplaces. Strong understanding of API and data model design, including REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with iPaaS tools is a must; hands-on experience with Workato is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, GTM, and customer teams. Deep appreciation for developer experience, documentation, and tooling. Strong analytical and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Own the integrations product roadmap, prioritizing by customer value, ARR impact, and scalability. Define and maintain API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards. Partner with Integrations Architect to evolve integration frameworks and marketplace. Lead competitive and technology benchmarking for integrations platform. Collaborate with Engineering, Field, and GTM teams on product requirements. Drive alignment with GTM and Customer Success for packaging, pricing, and positioning integrations. Champion the developer experience (DX) for integrations. Define and track success metrics for integrations. Act as the voice of the customer for integrations.
