10+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment, including client success, healthcare consulting, and/or healthcare operations, and/or implementations. People management experience, including leading and developing a team of 3+ direct reports. Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing external customers and senior executive stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple partner accounts simultaneously. Data fluency, including experience analyzing and interpreting data using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and/or Looker to identify opportunities and drive process improvements. Ability to translate analysis into clear action plans and partner-specific strategies. Experience aligning work to OKRs, translating team efforts into measurable, business-impacting outcomes. Experience working at or with a health plan (payer), health system, or healthcare services organization, with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. Advanced analytics and Excel skills, with the ability to translate insights into high-impact business and partner outcomes. Expertise working with government programs (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid).
