Identify, recruit, and onboard new direct advertisers in key markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners/advertisers to maximize performance. Monitor existing deals activity, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports. Develop and execute strategies to increase number of new deals, engagement and ROI. Negotiate competitive commission structures and promotional deals. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and brand standards. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, CRM, Legal) to support affiliate campaigns. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the affiliate program.
