Requirements:
Proven experience in a Sales Development, BDR, or similar role Strong ability to manage a large pipeline and maintain CRM accuracy Highly persistent and results-driven, with a “never give up” attitude toward booking demos and follow-ups Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using sales tools and CRM systems to track activity and progress. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must be Tech-savvy and administratively strong. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound and inbound channels. Consistently book demos with qualified leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive the sales pipeline. Manage and maintain a large sales pipeline, ensuring pipeline hygiene and accurate CRM records. Execute consistent follow-ups with prospects to drive engagement and bookings. Consistently hit and exceeded key metric targets, including quality, pipeline management, and conversion rates. Continuously improve outreach strategies and processes to maximize results.
