Requirements:
7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in partner sales, BD, alliances, or channel partnerships with ISV/tech partner exposure. Strong discovery and consultative selling skills. Track record of quota attainment/overachievement in partner-led revenue motions. Experience building multi-threaded relationships and influencing technical + non-technical stakeholders. Operational rigor with pipeline management and forecasting. Excellent written and verbal communication with strong executive presence. Bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong cross-functional collaborator. Experience with and affinity for AI tooling.
Responsibilities:
Source, qualify, and run discovery with net-new ISV partners. Negotiate and close partner agreements, then build and execute joint GTM plans. Drive revenue through partner-sourced referrals and co-sell motions. Build relationships across partner organizations to align incentives and remove blockers. Enable partner teams with training and materials. Partner cross-functionally with Ramp teams to launch integrations and run co-marketing. Become an expert in Ramp's platform, APIs/integrations, and workflows. Build and improve partner workflows, reporting, and sales motions.
