7+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Program Management, or a related People Enablement role Strong project and change management skills Proven track record designing and driving adoption of new processes and tools at scale Fluency in recruiting systems (Ashby strongly preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical mindset Experience building training programs from the ground up Process-driven approach Collaborative mindset and ability to influence stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Build and deliver scalable enablement programs Own recruiting programs (Talent Camp, Hiring Manager Enablement, etc.) Create and maintain training materials Partner with leadership to identify and address skill gaps Drive adoption of new processes and tools Maintain recruiting documentation Audit and standardize documentation Translate complex updates into user-friendly materials Identify and automate inefficient workflows Build lightweight workflows and templates Measure and communicate automation impact Partner with cross-functional teams on process consistency
