Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Migrate and implement new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Document and update recruiting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Audit and maintain candidate data integrity Assist with job postings on job boards and career pages Identify and propose solutions for recruiting process bottlenecks Provide administrative support to the Talent team Coordinate complex interview scheduling Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and status Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts Support new hire documentation (offer letters, background checks) Ensure a positive candidate experience
