Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0-2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles (internships included) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail Tech-savvy and excited about learning new software Enjoy solving problems and proposing solutions Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and eager to learn Entrepreneurial and resourceful Experience handling deadlines and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment Passion for collaborating cross-functionally
Responsibilities:
Migrate and implement a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Document and update recruiting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Audit and maintain candidate data integrity Assist with job postings on various job boards Identify recruiting process bottlenecks and propose solutions Provide general administrative support to the Talent team Coordinate complex interview scheduling Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and status Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts Support new hire documentation Act as the guardian of the candidate experience
