Reservation Sales Agent

Reservations experience of at least 1 year. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive phone presence. Attention to detail, strong multitasking, and time-management skills. Typing speed of 40+ wpm. Proficient computer skills (SMS, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, internet). Knowledge of Streamline, Breezeway, Sabre- SynXis Voice Agent, SPRING MILLER Property Management System. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Minimum 30mbps wired internet speed. i5 11th Gen or higher processor. Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher operating system. Minimum of 8 GB RAM. Private and quiet dedicated home office area. Back-ups for power or internet interruptions. Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling).

Answer incoming sales calls and sell resort features and benefits. Book tee times for upcoming guests. Respond to email requests for reservations. Maintain strategy for customer satisfaction on sales transactions. Ensure adherence to sales methodologies. Aid in team motivation and development for sales opportunities. Answer customer inquiries regarding reservations. Resolve issues with future or past bookings. Accurately represent Resorts and its products/services. Drive resort revenue through outbound call campaigns. Process daily outlook requests and emails in a timely manner. Audit bookings for accuracy and process cancellations. Adhere to company procedures and policies.
