RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer - UiPath

3+ years of experience in RPA or automation engineering roles. Hands-on experience with UiPath (or similar platforms). Experience with browser automation and workflow tools (e.g., Playwright, Zapier). Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#. Understanding of business process automation and reengineering. Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic SQL. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable automation code. Strong organization, time management, and communication skills. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.

Design, build, and deploy RPA solutions based on SOPs. Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities. Develop, test, and maintain automations using UiPath, Playwright, Zapier. Integrate automations with web apps, SaaS tools, and internal systems. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed workflows. Document automation logic and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements. Ensure automations meet security, data privacy, and compliance standards. Participate in team check-ins and project updates.
