7+ years of experience in business analysis or product development within the Data and Analytics industry Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies Proven experience developing data strategies that align with enterprise vision and business goals Ability to translate complex data concepts into business language Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Project management and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong presentation and storytelling abilities Experience facilitating workshops and interviews with business and technical teams Business process modeling and analysis Strategic thinking and business acumen Conceptual modeling and analysis Change management and stakeholder engagement

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives Gather inputs from clients to understand their current state and vision for data, analytics, and AI Design and develop business architectures aligned with clients' strategic goals Identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to improve business processes and outcomes Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing business processes, including Data Governance Recommend and design a future state Data Governance Program Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders Create detailed documentation (business capability maps, process flows, solution blueprints) Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives and stakeholders Establish and grow customer relationships Bridge the gap between business strategy and technology implementation Drive project team outcomes by ensuring alignment between business objectives, solution implementation, and success metrics
