Senior Customer Architect (Remote)

3+ years of experience with observability, SIEM, or analytics platforms, including customer-facing work in pre-sales and/or early adoption phases. Strong knowledge of observability architectures, log and metrics pipelines, and related tools, with strong Splunk knowledge and familiarity with complementary technologies such as Cribl, Grafana, or Elastic preferred. Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Working knowledge of SQL, SPL, and a programming language such as Python or Java. Demonstrated ability to proactively lead deep discovery, identify opportunities, and deliver enterprise solutions. Detail-oriented with strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills. Background in bringing new or emerging products to market.

Partner with the sales team in pre-sales engagements to design and present solutions for Imply Lumi. Leverage deep expertise in Splunk and familiarity with related tools such as Cribl, Grafana, and Elastic. Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept, and pilot deployments. Provide advanced troubleshooting during pre-sales and early adoption phases. Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying optimization opportunities and uncovering additional use cases. Collaborate with product management and engineering to share customer feedback and influence the Lumi roadmap. Help achieve revenue targets set by the company. Keep opportunity information up-to-date in Salesforce and other tools.
