Senior Solution Architect - Customer Success (USA)

10+ years in solution architecture, technical implementation, or enterprise software delivery. Proven track record of engaging and advising executive and technical leadership. Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration. Advanced proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Advanced proficiency in microservices. Advanced proficiency in containerization. Strong foundation in modern programming languages (Python, Node.js, or Go). Hands-on software engineering experience. Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs. Deep understanding of GraphQL. Demonstrated skill in building effective prototypes, demos, and production-ready deployments. Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Strong presentation and documentation skills. Expertise in generative AI building blocks. Specialization in at least one of: AI/ML pipelines, API design, data engineering, vector/graph databases, or AI model orchestration. Willingness and ability to travel for customer workshops, deployments, and support.

Understand customer business challenges and map them to AI solutions. Craft AI prototypes on the Articul8 platform. Lead technical workshops and training sessions. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Oversee installation, configuration, and scaling of the Articul8 platform. Develop and implement tailored workflow solutions. Architect and tune Kubernetes-based environments. Deliver enablement workshops and documentation. Monitor and refine deployments for cost-effectiveness and performance. Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
