Monitor long-term projects for optimization opportunities and implement improvements with cross-functional teams. Collect and evaluate user feedback through surveys and direct interactions. Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to remove roadblocks. Build out feature documentation to align business and engineering teams. Manage 1-2 low to mid-level feature builds, defining requirements, ensuring engineering handoffs, and conducting QA testing. Educate departments on new product features.
