Experience as a Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant supporting complex, multi-stakeholder, 6+ month, $100k ARR+ SaaS sales cycles. Developed deep product expertise across a suite of solutions. Mastery of clear communication, asking precise questions, and listening for nuance. Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and articulate business impact. Adept at creating and delivering tailored demos, adapting on the fly. Experience with HR or Talent teams. Familiarity with recruiting workflows & data in Applicant Tracking Systems (Bonus). Demo infrastructure or demo engineering experience (Bonus). Value engineering / consulting experience (Bonus).
Responsibilities:
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to secure technical and commercial wins. Show how Ashby supports customer needs and transforms hiring. Develop deep product expertise and understand competitor landscape. Deliver personalized product demonstrations. Facilitate well-structured product trials. Coordinate comprehensive RFP responses. Articulate the transformative impact of Ashby. Build upon demo environments to craft compelling narratives. Design repeatable processes for the solutions engineering team. Translate customer feedback into product enhancement requirements. Address nuanced and detailed buyer requirements.
