Staff Software Developer - Insurance Foundations

University Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field plus approximately 10+ years of experience, or equivalent experience with Master's/PhD or 13+ years industry experience Depth and diversity of experience, already operating at the Staff level Strong experience in designing and evolving backend systems Proven ability to model complex business domains Solid working knowledge of frontend technologies—particularly React Extensive experience and ownership in design and architecture Experience creating and upholding technical standards, best practices, and culture-building practices Desire to remain actively involved in coding while leading teams Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience driving internal education efforts such as design reviews, presentations, documentation, or mentorship programs
