Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience designing conversational interfaces and familiarity with AI platforms. Knowledge of banking industry trends and best practices is preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Skill in using prompt engineering techniques for generative AI tools.

Lead the design process from concept to delivery. Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Design conversational interfaces for AI-driven interactions. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data. Establish and maintain design guidelines and best practices.
