Requirements:
Advanced degree in public policy, public health, public administration, business, economics or related fields preferred. 8+ years of work experience. Prior consulting experience preferred. 5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience. Deep expertise in US market access strategy and commercialization of life sciences products. Extensive experience with pricing and contracting expertise. Experience with government pricing (e.g., 340B Drug Pricing Program, Average Sales Price). Experience with regulatory filing considerations. Experience with channel and distribution strategy. Experience building business lines and project teams. Experience guiding team growth. Experience driving business development. Experience leading client-facing engagements. Superior knowledge of customer and stakeholder needs, concerns, and viewpoints. Sets and aligns strategy. Makes decisions and executes in support of business goals. Sets and drives team objectives. Focuses on customers.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert on life sciences market access and commercialization priorities. Conceptualize solutions around critical market access challenges. Drive solutions and thought leadership around pipeline commercialization strategy. Support client product life cycle management. Interact regularly with clients as a recognized expert. Lead a significant line of business and/or account. Use expert content knowledge to identify new areas for business growth. Conduct quality review of documents. Leverage content to identify and develop new business. Assign and meet revenue targets, both team and personal. Act as expert account relationship manager. Identify accounts for business development, create plans for execution, and successfully close new business. Ensure excellent project leadership, management, and execution. Responsible for team project profitability. Review and approve SOWs and budgets. Manages client requests for additional work within projects. Lead a significant line of business critical to practice revenue attainment. Effectively manage individuals, teams, and junior staff. Set individual and team goals and hold staff accountable. Contribute to Practice management. Create and articulates strategies that support firm goals.
