4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Management, eCommerce, Operations, Growth, or similar roles Proven experience designing and running A/B tests, experimentation programs, or structured discovery initiatives Background working with SaaS, eCommerce, AI, or fast-moving startup environments Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving product landscapes Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer insights into clear requirements Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights Comfortable leading customer-facing engagements across both new and existing accounts
