8+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a related function. Proven ability to lead and scale complex, cross-functional marketing and communications programs. Experienced people manager. Exceptional communication and influence skills across all levels. Analytical, strategic, and solutions-oriented mindset. Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing multiple priorities. Demonstrated ownership mentality. PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent program management certifications (preferred). Familiarity with marketing tech stacks, campaign operations, and performance measurement practices (preferred). Experience working directly with executive leadership or in an operational partner role to a CMO (preferred). Experience managing agency and external partner collaboration (preferred).
