Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a B2B sales closing role. Proven track record of closing sales and consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets. Native or near-native English communication skills. Deep experience and understanding of the Public Relations and/or Marketing industries. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot). Prior experience in a startup or growth-stage company is mandatory. Ability to overlap with EST working hours.
Responsibilities:
Understand prospective clients' business goals and pain points. Conduct discovery calls, articulating value proposition. Negotiate and close deals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities. Track sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasts in CRM. Communicate clearly with prospects and internal teammates.
