Requirements:
4+ years experience as an Account Executive for a B2B SaaS company. Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $750k - $1 million +. Successfully navigated and closed mid-market and corporate deals. Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Construction Industry Experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
Responsibilities:
Upsell and cross-sell products to existing accounts. Negotiate contract renewals and focus on client retention. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients. Ensure customers derive maximum value from Build Ops software. Develop deep product expertise and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product). Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities.
