Industrial Wastewater Senior Technical Manager - Remote/Nationwide

15+ years of professional experience with an engineering consulting firm. M.S. in Engineering preferred. P.E. required. Demonstrated experience serving industrial clients. Strong appreciation of and commitment to safe work practices is mandatory. Experience in traditional and alternative project delivery preferred. Strong written and verbal skills and demonstrated track record of publishing technical work.

Develop and maintain client-advisor relationships leading to repeat business. Assist on and/or lead proposal preparation and pursuit of new client and project opportunities. Contribute to new and existing Large Account development and management. Make national and regional-level technical publications & presentations. Conduct research and innovate within project opportunities. Develop and/or lead the development of tools to demonstrate technical leadership. Ensure the technical quality of the work product delivered. Mentor staff in technical and design management skill areas. Provide input to the business planning process.
