Define the AI Privacy Strategy & Roadmap for Tonic Textual Lead the long-term vision for proprietary NER models and custom entity workflows Execute quickly to turn unstructured data into "AI-ready" assets Serve as a subject matter expert on LLMs, RAG architectures, and NLP research Lead the development of self-serve tools for training tailored entity-detection models Partner with Engineering and Research to advance synthesis Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to evangelize the solution
