More than 5 years of management-level experience within the interpreting industry. Deep knowledge of interpreting operations, industry standards, evolving technologies, and process optimization. Strong understanding of interpreting tools and the application of AI within language services operations. Proven experience managing operating budgets and making strategic decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Demonstrated ability to build systems, support teams, and foster strong cross-functional relationships. Excellent negotiation, mediation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership. Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing organizational environments. Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
