Requirements:
4-5+ years experience in sales enablement within SaaS, technology, or B2B sales. Deep expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger, Command of the Message). Prior sales experience with a strong understanding of high-performance B2B sales drivers. Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Exceptional program management skills. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and adoption of sales methodology programs. Develop and execute enablement strategies including training, content, and competency frameworks. Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business priorities. Manage vendor and consultant relationships for enablement solutions. Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track program effectiveness. Analyze adoption data and implement targeted interventions to optimize sales performance. Coordinate cross-functional resources and manage program plans.
