Solutions Specialist

Strong understanding of data flows and attention to detail. Ability to rapidly learn new systems and processes. Experienced in SQL for data extraction, configuration, and UAT. Advanced Excel/Sheets for data manipulation and automation. Experience with JSON for configuration (or willingness to learn). Customer-centric with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Capable of presenting to groups and delivering training.

Configure Sona platform based on Solution Design specifications. Manage multiple implementations, translating specifications into a functional system. Troubleshoot challenges and ensure seamless system operation. Deliver training to customers and provide insights to the Product Team. Collect, clean, and migrate customer data. Run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers. Provide Hypercare support before customer transition.
