Requirements:
2-3 years of expertise in end-to-end CRM/retention marketing management. Developed and delivered CRM programs with proven results against targets. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Braze). Understanding of HTML and CSS. Experience handling campaign data from different sources using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau). Experience turning data into strategic insights. Experience utilizing data to build segmentation and targeting within CRM tools. A/B and MVT testing experience. Solid communication and reporting skills, ability to work with technical and non-technical team members. Good Excel skills and experience with business reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. Hands-on, delivery-oriented, and results-driven with a pragmatic implementation style. Curious nature, good organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Create and support communications programs, expanding, driving, and optimizing through personalization and automation. Deliver and develop acquisition and engagement marketing CRM campaigns to increase product usage and support new product launches. Develop and implement a test and learn plan, A/B tests, and optimization strategies. Build and optimize cross-sell campaigns and customer journeys across marketing channels. Develop and deliver a CRM test-and-learn pipeline across in-app, push, and email channels. Analyze campaigns, report trends and recommendations to stakeholders, and define, build, and maintain segments and reporting dashboards. Collaborate with CRM managers, Engagement Marketing team, and cross-business stakeholders. Utilize data to shape new ideas for engagement marketing opportunities.
