Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI at scale
- Metrics-driven, analytical and team-player, able to communicate insights clearly
- Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus
- Familiarity with landing page tools, analytics platforms, or marketing automation a bonus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to launch and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Guide campaign strategy, manage budgets, and maximize ROI
- Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA) and act on insights
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Stay current with platform updates, new ad formats, and targeting features
- Help shape scaling strategy and support peer development (for more experienced candidates)
