Regional Sales Manager (Physical Security)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in physical security or adjacent industries. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Proficiency in using Salesforce, LinkedIn and other sales tools. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Align with Sr. RSMs in assigned regions. Provide sales support for enterprise-level accounts. Assist with specific channel accounts and reseller relationships. Build an operating model for daily/weekly interactions with Sr. RSMs. Track and manage sales opportunities and provide accurate forecasts. Drive the closing process for sales opportunities. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes to resale partners. Achieve individual and support team sales targets.
