Requirements:
8-10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, marketing to a technical audience. At least 3+ years in demand generation or digital marketing. Proven track record of designing and owning campaigns end-to-end and driving measurable pipeline. Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Clearbit). Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot CRM). Experience building MQL → SQL conversion processes. Experience with SEO and paid strategy (LinkedIn, Google AdWords). Excellent project management skills. Familiarity with AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
Responsibilities:
Target ICP accounts and personas in all campaigns. Design and execute account-based marketing programs. Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. Deliver content and campaigns that resonate with ICP personas. Track MQL to SQL to Opportunity conversion. Develop strategies to improve AI-driven search and SEO/SEM visibility. Drive Go-To-Market campaigns for new product launches. Partner with sales and BDRs to refine outbound processes. Align with product marketing and RevOps on messaging and attribution.
