Deep, hands-on experience with Clay, including multi-step workflows, logic, conditions, enrichment chaining, and scaling. Strong experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n. CRM experience, with HubSpot preferred. Solid understanding of B2B outbound and account-based prospecting. Strong systems thinking and attention to detail. Ability to ship fast independently. Mid-market or enterprise outbound experience (Nice-to-Have). Familiarity with AI tools for GTM or RevOps (Nice-to-Have). Experience supporting sales or growth teams (Nice-to-Have). Basic API knowledge (Nice-to-Have).
Responsibilities:
Build Clay-First Outbound Systems for ICP definition, account sourcing, and enrichment. Scale Clay tables for account/contact sourcing, buying committee mapping, and firmographic/technographic enrichment. Design logic to filter leads, prioritize intent, and generate personalized insights. Push clean data into CRM and sequencing tools. Automate data flow into HubSpot and outreach tools. Maintain high data quality and consistency. Use Clay + AI for personalization. Design lead routing logic for enriched leads. Continuously test ICPs, enrichment logic, data sources, and messaging. Track reply rates, booking rates, and funnel drop-offs. Work closely with Founders/Growth and Sales. Translate GTM strategy into scalable systems.
