STEM-related degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Pass a basic medical math assessment. 3+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare operations, pharmacy coordination, or similar. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Comfortable managing high-volume, high-accuracy workflows. Tech-savvy; able to navigate tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, CRM/EMR systems, and Dialpad. Adaptable, self-directed, and comfortable in a startup environment. Flexible schedule; weekend availability may be required.
