Requirements:
STEM-related degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Pass a basic medical math assessment. 3+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare operations, pharmacy coordination, or similar. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Comfortable managing high-volume, high-accuracy workflows. Responsibilities:
Respond to patient inquiries via chat, email, and phone. Process, review, and track patient orders accurately within EMR and CRM. Coordinate with pharmacies and internal care teams for timely fulfillment. Verify patient information and medication instructions. Identify discrepancies, safety concerns, or unclear instructions and escalate appropriately. Maintain precise documentation of patient interactions and order activity. Assist in improving workflows as LumiMeds scales. Meet performance metrics for accuracy, response time, and volume handling.
