- Providing day-to-day operational support to ensure Japanese-language projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Assisting with project setup, planning, and guideline development
- Managing and supporting a remote team of Japanese-speaking annotators
- Acting as the language quality gatekeeper for Japanese annotations, ensuring submissions meet required accuracy and quality thresholds (target: 95%)
- Guiding annotators through questions and challenges via internal communication platforms
- Performing detailed quality checks to catch language, formatting, and annotation errors before client submission
- Handling project administration tasks in line with internal and client standards
- Communicating clearly with internal stakeholders on project progress, risks, and quality issues
