Requirements:

Graduate of a Business and Finance-related course MBA degree (preferred) 5+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, PMO, or Chief of Staff–type roles Strong business judgment and structured problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a startup / scale-up environment Excellent communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Experience in professional services, outsourcing, SaaS, or finance is a plus
