Business Operations Manager - Remote (Global)

3-6 years of experience in finance, business & operations, or a related role. Strong operational execution skills with attention to detail and a bias for action. Experience with finance systems, contract workflows, and vendor management is ideal. Ability to operate independently and reliably without heavy oversight. Comfortable with hands-on execution, from payroll to contract administration. Prior experience in a startup or scaling company environment. Globally fluent - understands compliance and entity structures across jurisdictions. Knowledgeable about Web3. Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, low-ego culture. Crypto-native finance experience is a bonus.

Build financial foundation through Series A, including forecasting and burn modeling. Manage day-to-day finance operations: payments, expenses, payroll, vendor management, and compliance. Develop the company's first integrated financial model and define operating metrics. Work with external accountants and legal partners for reporting and filings. Design and implement scalable processes for planning, decision-making, and accountability. Partner on cross-functional initiatives. Drive key operational projects from 0 to 1 (e.g., entity setup, EOR expansion). Act as a thought partner to leadership with structured thinking and operational rigor.
